Privacy
The short version: this site doesn't watch you, and we only use your details to reply to you.
No cookies, no tracking of individuals
This website sets no cookies. That's why there's no cookie banner — there's nothing to consent to.
To understand how the site is doing, we use Plausible, a privacy-first analytics tool hosted in the EU. It counts page visits in aggregate — "this many people read this page" — without cookies, without collecting or storing personal information, and without identifying or following anyone. Nothing about you individually is recorded.
What we collect, and why
If you send an enquiry, we receive what you type into the form: your name, email address, message, and — if you choose to add them — your business name and phone number. We use these details for one purpose: replying to you about your enquiry.
We never sell or share your details, and we don't add you to any mailing list.
If you book a call, that booking is handled by Proton Calendar under Proton's privacy policy.
Where your details go
Enquiries are delivered to our inbox by two services acting on our behalf: Cloudflare (which hosts this site and runs the form, on servers in the UK and Europe) and Resend (which delivers the email). Neither uses your details for anything else. Images on the site are served by Cloudinary, which — like any web host — sees the standard technical information your browser sends when requesting a page.
How long we keep things
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we're in conversation with you, and delete them when they're no longer needed.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — use the enquiry form and we'll sort it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
